Haqumi is a thought experiment aswell as a world.
It explores what happens when humanity is stripped of its memories, its history, and all of its achievements; and forced to begin again in an unknown world. At its core, Haqumi asks a simple question: if we reset civilization to zero, do we truly change, or is change not part of the human nature?
Set within an immersive world, Haqumi tells its story across distinct islands, cultures, and civilizations, each with their own languages, belief systems, technologies, and histories. Geography shapes politics, isolation causes divergence, and contact ignites conflict.
The world of Haqui tries to show, how societies grow, fracture, and collide. Rather than focusing on heroes or eras, Haqumi takes the default instincts of people: the pull toward cooperation, the rise of hierarchy, the need for rules, and the inevitability of conflict. Progress comes fast and at a cost, compressing centuries of social and technological evolution into a single generation.
